Ball Vadas

Ball vadas ,kids love this with ketchup,it turned out to be a fav.during ramadan.A little TWIST and this tiny yummy crispy vadas came out perfectly fun on the tablell for roza!

Ingredients:
urad dal 2 cups,soaked for 4 hrs,
rice pwd. 2 tbsp. or just to make it like idli batter'
chopped green chillies(i chopped it big so the kids could pull it out)
baking powder a pinch
method:
1.Grind the urad dal in grinder ,add the same water the dal was soaked in,this allows the dal to ferment better
2.add the rice pwd.and make it like iddli batter.set aside for 7 to 8 hrs.
3.add the baking pwd.and the salt before the cooking time.
4.scoop out small balls and fry in sunflower oil,to get crispy vadas
5.enjoy with hot and sour chilli sauce,ketcup chutneys of ur choice
