DUM MUTTON CURRY

DUM MUTTON CURRY
A fingerlicking curry,by just dumping all ingredients into the cooker!Its one of my favourite easy recipes.
Ingredients:
tomato paste 1/2 cup
onions 5(chopped)
green chillies paste 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1-2 tsp
red  chilly powder-1 tbsp
curry powder-1 tbsp(i used the kaula product as it goes better with this curry,u can use any of ur choice)
jeera powder-1tsp
salt to taste
ghee-1tbsp
Method;
1.marinate the meat and the masala powders,salt,green chillies,tomato paste,ghee.
2.put into the vessel and layer the onions,do not stir,no water is added.
3.cover and lower the heat for 5 mints.,then close and cook 15 mints or till mutton is done.
 4. This a masala packed curry,add water as needed.
5.enjoy with rottis,naan,etc.
