Ingredients
- 1/2 cup broken wheat
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 strand curry leaves
- 2 red chillies
- 1 teaspoon Urad dal
- 1 green chillie slit.
- 2 tablespoon oil
Method
- Heat oil in kadai
- Wash the wheat and keep aside.
- Add all the ingredients mentioned above
- Then add the broken wheat and boiled water.
- Let the whistle go for three and turn off the gas .
